Coaching and MentoringYou may be in a situation where you need just a little bit of guidance - fast. Our coaching and mentoring services give you the lightweight but rapid assistance that you need to blast through roadblocks and begin the process of change. A dramatic change in product development takes place in the organization through its people as they make new choices in their day-to-day decisions. These changes can become more solidly rooted with the help of someone who has been there, and can encourage teams to make choices that support the team's new direction. Senior leaders, implementation team members and product development program managers especially benefit from regular access to a New Product Development coach, who can help them identify opportunities to use their new skills. We offer two different levels of engagement: Mentoring for IndividualsOur Product Development Leaders mentoring program provides you with unlimited access to Katherine Radeka, via email and phone, for a specified term ranging from three months to a year, with guaranteed 24 hour response time. Past mentorees have used this service to troubleshoot issues, develop plans for managing resistance to change, transform new ideas into workable proposals and figure out how to tailor new product development best practices for their organizations. The process of becoming a mentoree is simple and straightforward. Give us a call or send us an email with your name and contact information, including a phone number and a few good times to reach you in the next twenty four hours, or give us a call. Our office will confirm availability and set up a meeting with Katherine to describe the program, usually within 24 hours. If it is a good fit for you, she will give you the options and you can sign up via credit card payment right over the phone. Then you can immediately begin working with Katherine. Coaching for Individuals and TeamsLike mentoring, coaching is a way to gain access to our expertise without the commitment of a large consulting project. However, it is more focused towards meeting specific measurable objectives. We first work together to develop an action plan, and then focus our coaching sessions on providing the assistance needed to complete the actions and meet the objectives. In a coaching engagement, the individual or team have regular telephone or web conference meetings with Katherine in addition to unlimited access via phone and email for the duration of the engagement.
