• Unlimited email support with 24 hour response time for the next ten business days.
• If we proceed to a full-scale engagement within 60 days of the phone call, we will credit the amount of the short term engagement against the contract.
• You may send documentation and a Non-Disclosure Agreement at least 24 hours ahead of time for Katherine to review. She will return the signed NDA prior to the call.
• You may have as many as five people dialed into the call.
• There will be no phone expenses or other charges added to the bill - the only thing extra you have to pay is your own long distance for the call.
