Time Limited Engagements

Time limited engagements are for those situations where a full engagement is not appropriate or necessary. Here are some scenarios where just a little bit of time goes a long way:

• You want to explore the value of strategic latitude for your organization before you commit to a major effort.
• You want to know how to begin integrating operational excellence into strategy development, product development or marketing without stirring up resistance from the organization's technical leaders.
• You are considering several different strategies for better knowledge-sharing and you want to review them with someone who understands how these systems improve knowledge flow while remaining vendor-neutral.
• You want some ideas for how to better engage Marketing, Sales and Operations into strategy development and product development.
• You want to draft a job description for a new executive search, and you want the person to be able to balance operational excellence and flexibility.
• You need to create a plan to get a mission-critical development program back on target.

Time Limited Engagement  $495

What You Get

• One hour with Katherine Radeka by phone and web meeting, at a mutually convenient time, to develop an action plan for resolving your issue.
• Unlimited email support with 24 hour response time for the next ten business days.
• You may send documentation up to 24 hours ahead of time for Katherine to review.
• You may have as many as five people dialed into the call.
• If we proceed to a full-scale engagement within 60 days of the phone call, we will credit the amount of the short term engagement against the contract.

Terms and Conditions

• This fee is refundable if an engagement of more than $15,000 is approved within 60 days of the date of the phone call. The credit will be added to the first invoice of the engagement.
• Payment in full is required before we will confirm the date and time of the call.
• There will be no phone expenses or other charges added to the bill - the only thing extra you have to pay is your own long distance for the call.
• You may purchase only one hour per company within 90 days. If you require further assistance, we will quote you a project fee.
• This fee is non-refundable and noncancellable once paid, although the phone call may be rescheduled at will.
