At the 2008 Lean Product and Process Development Exchange, three of Katherine's clients and friends sat down to share their experiences of working with us.

Sarah McCarvill (3 minutes)

Sarah is an engineering manager at Otto Bock Health Care in Salt Lake City, UT. When Katherine first met Sarah back in 2006, she was a young manager taking on the challenge of leading her development team in a new direction.

Cathal Flanagan (6 minutes)

Cathal is a Director of Equipment Engineering for Kulicke & Soffa, a semiconductor manufacturing facility based in Fort Washington, PA just north of Philadelphia. Cathal tells the story of a value stream mapping effort that Katherine led for the group's team in Singapore.

Rich Gildersleeve (2 minutes)

Rich is Senior Vice President of Global Product Development for DJO, a medical devices company in San Diego, CA. Katherine first met Rich nearly three years ago at the PDMA International Conference. They became colleagues and fast friends. Today, Katherine is honored to serve with him on the board of the Lean Product and Process Development Exchange.
