Strategic Latitude

This web learning experience explores the tension between flexibility and operational excellence, and how they work together to create the freedom to take action.

It is best for:

  • People who engage in strategy development and deployment at the enterprise or business unit levels.
  • Operational Excellence leaders who want to increase their value to the organizations they serve.

Format

Katherine will conduct each live session personally. All sessions are on Friday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Pacific / 11 a.m. Eastern / 1700 CET for one hour.

Each session will be recorded. The recorded presentation with slides will be distributed to the participants. Each participant will have the ability to download the recording.

There will be homework assignments between each session, and Katherine is available by email to answer questions about the homework.

Join the series at any time. You will be sent the recordings you missed, and Katherine will work out a plan to catch you up on your homework.
